It was definitely awesome to see how many people related to my idea of 30 for 30 (I’m sure the catchy name helped! haha). Here are the feedback highlights:
- “Too easy!” Hahaha, very true, some are incredibly easy. You caught me: I do want to actually finish my list! But some will take a lot more effort so cheer me on! Better yet, join me! (I love that my friends have already shotgunned a few on the list!)
- “Everything should be something you haven’t done before.” I thought about that. And while I hope to continue to experience new things for my whole life, I liked the idea of taking some time to smell the roses. Some of the items are focused on just enjoying the moment because I feel too often I rush through my days instead of savoring them. I resonated with the idea of the countdown because it’s a concrete reminder to live every day to its fullest!
- “You should add…” I love everyone’s ideas! Paintball, sky diving (which yes, I am terrified of real sky diving hence the “indoor”), and bungee jumping are all great ideas! Should I save them for my 40 for 40?
So! That leads me to where am I at with 160 days to go? 3 down, 27 to go!
